The Wolf Special Chin Rest, rather than being attached by a double screw or two separate screws, utilizes a single extremely strong screw and foot. The Wolf Special, when used on a full-size violin, can be mounted anywhere to the LEFT of the tailpiece or just to the RIGHT of the tailpiece, resulting in the cup being center-mounted over the tailpiece.
